Agilent Mass hunter software allows users to create a batch of samples, run the analysis on the instrument, gather the data and then export the results out.
The software has a component (C# program) in Tools to export the batch results into a CSV file. Unfortunately, after the recent software upgrade to version 12, the CSV export file no longer can export the results from its default location in the D drive.
The workaround to this is to have the user save the data file on the C drive (Current folder structure: C:\Nitrosamines_data\) and then run the export out of that data file.
The CSV file is plavced in the same folder as the data file. Another note is that the CSV file does not open automatically on completion.
Once the file is generated, the user would follow the usual procedure of moving the CSV into the S drive & then feeding it into the LIMS software
